Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Games Workshop Group PLC 15 May 2000 GAMES WORKSHOP GROUP PLC ('the Company') Director's Shareholding The Company was advised today that on 12 May 2000 Mr Chris Myatt, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 150p per share. Following this acquisition Mr Myatt has an interest in 36,500 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
