Games Workshop Group PLC 14 February 2000 GAMES WORKSHOP GROUP PLC ('the Company') Director's Shareholding The Company was advised today that on 11 February 2000 Mr Chris Myatt, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 300p per share. Following this acquisition Mr Myatt has a beneficial interest in 16,500 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
