Following this acquisition, Mr Kirby has a beneficial and\nnon-beneficial interest in 1,905,009 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately\n6.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.\n\n\n\nMr Sherwin acquired 11,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per\ncent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 344.1 pence per\nOrdinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Sherwin holds 77,168 Ordinary\nShares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share\ncapital.\n\n\n\nMr Donaldson acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing\napproximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price\nof 344.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
