[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nGamehost Income Fund (TSXV: GH.UN)\n\n\nRED DEER, AB, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - Gamehost Income Fund has declared a regular\ncash distribution for the month of December 2006 of $0.15 per trust unit. In\naddition to the regular monthly distribution, Trustees of the Fund have\ndeclared a special year end distribution of $1.07 per trust unit. The combined\ndistributions of $1.22 per trust unit will be paid on January 15, 2007 to\nunitholders of record on December 31, 2006. The ex-distribution date is\nDecember 27, 2006.\n\n\nWith this announcement, distributions declared for 2006 total $2.78 per\ntrust unit representing a $0.75 per trust unit or 37% increase over\ndistributions in 2005.\n\n\nThroughout 2006, management of the Fund has been intentionally\nconservative in the payout ratio of distributable cash. Operations of the Fund\ncontinue to generate significant growth in revenues. At the same time,\nmanagement has been prudent in maintaining control of inflationary spending\npressures. Preliminary estimated 2006 amounts for annual capital spending,\ndebt service, working capital requirements and tax protection afforded by\namortizations indicate a healthy cash surplus.
