This is to inform you that the Allotment committee of the Board of Directors has allotted 3,00,17,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each as fully paid up Equity Shares, in the proportion of 5:4 to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members/Register of the Beneficial owners, as on 21st March, 2025 i.e. the Record Date fixed for this purpose.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 10,80,63,000 divided into 5,40,31,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
