The Effective Date of the Scheme is expected to be 2 January 2020 and a further announcement shall be made at that time.\nDelisting and cancellation of trading of Ordinary Shares\nIt is expected that the delisting of Ordinary Shares from the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and the cancellation of the admission to trading of Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 3 January 2020.\nAdmission of the New Galliford Try Shares and Consideration Shares\nAn application has been made for up to 113,056,099 ordinary shares of £0.50 each in the share capital of New Galliford Try and 63,739,385 ordinary shares of £0.50 each in the share capital of Bovis Homes Group PLC to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. on 3 January 2020.\nGeneral\nDefined terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the Circular.\nAll references in this announcement to times are to times in London.\nEnquiries:\n\n\n\nGalliford Try plc\nGraham Prothero, Chief Executive \nAndrew Duxbury, Finance Director\nKevin Corbet...
