CONFIRMATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and the previous announcement on 18 December 2013, that Ishbel Macpherson and Terry Miller formally joined the board as non-executive directors with effect 1 February 2014.

Both Ishbel and Terry have been appointed as members of the audit committee with immediate effect, with Ishbel also becoming a member of the remuneration committee from appointment.
