(TSX-V: EMI.A)(the \"Company\") announces that at the Company's 2010 Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 30, 2010 (the \"AGM\"), all resolutions proposed at its AGM were duly passed.The shareholders re-appointed directors, namely, Donald Gee, Wan Jung, Patrick McAndless, Gildar (Gilles) J. Arseneau, and appointed new director, David M.R. Stone.Dr. David M.R. Stone is a mining engineer whose career spans over 30 years of engineering and financial consulting to underground and surface mines worldwide. Dr. Stone has managed and led multi-disciplinary project teams through pre-feasibility and feasibility level evaluations of development stage projects, and has contributed to the engineering, design and construction of several mines. Dr. Stone also serves on numerous boards and in several senior operating positions for public companies.In addition to the aforementioned directors, following the AGM, the board of directors met and added two new members to the board - Donald J. Currie and Tony M. Ricci.Donald J. Currie has more than a decade of experience in raising capital and marketing resource exploration companies. Known for his strong communication skills, Mr. Currie's network of contacts within the financial community and the resource media extends across North America and Europe. Mr. Currie was appointed the Company's Interim President also effective June 30, 2010.Tony M. Ricci is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of practice experience with public companies listed in Canada and the US. Mr. Ricci is a former director and current CFO of Keegan Resources Inc. (TSX:KGN) (AMEX:KGN) (TSX:KGN,NYSE:KGN). He was a former director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc. (TSX:NOM') (TSX:NOM) , and CFO of both Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (OTCBB:PTQMF) (TSX:PTQ) And Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market capitalization approaching $1 billion.
