[{"type":"text","content":"FINANCIAL REPORT 2009Subject to our auditors Mendoza Berger & Company providing their completed Consolidated Company audit report; our unaudited Consolidated results for 2009 show a small profit of about $20,000. This is despite one time non recurrent legal fees of $126,000 to successfully resolve a legal claim on the company and its former officers. The positive result of the lawsuit was to reduce TC issued shares by about one fifth, to approximately 4.3 million shares Throughout this world recession year the company managed its finances prudently and did not have to resort to overdraft or raise capital. By such as renegotiating such as office rental, travel, insurances we have cut overheads considerably.FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FIRST QUARTER 2010.Our unaudited figures indicate a pre-tax profit for the first quarter at about 17.8% with a growth of 10% over 2009.With our second and third quarters historically being our highest income months, we are looking forward to a record profitable year.
