The Company intends to file a Patent Cooperation Treaty patent application prior to the one-year priority and protect the inventive concepts in jurisdictions of business value worldwide.The patent application is directed toward and intends to cover a combination of hardware and software for Galexxy’s Point of Sale (POS) customer acquisition and inventory management system. More specifically, the patent application provides a POS inventory, with a sales and management system that utilizes shortwave communication as well as cloud-based and blockchain platforms, for managing POS inventory, customer acquisition and rewards programs across of plurality of POS devices that are geographically disparate.Galexxy’s data and signal routing technology together with an imputable block chain automates and eliminates the need for POS retail outlets to buy and hold inventory, and fully automates customer acquisition via a smart user device for hassle free online registration and product discount allocation.The system comprises a VRMS server in communication with or disposed within an instore POS display, which itself comprises an embedded RFID device and/or NFC technology to digitally transfer information when a customer's phone is swiped across the device or is in proximity to the device.
