[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nPublic Consultation Schedule Announced\n\nTSX Trading Symbol: GBU\n\nTORONTO, June 6 /CNW/ - Gabriel Resources is pleased to announce that the\nRomanian Ministry of Environment and Waters Management has released an\nextensive public hearing schedule based on the best opportunities for public\nconsultation. All interested parties are invited to get involved in the public\nconsultation on the proposed Rosia Montana project.\n\"A key component of the EIA process is an open and ample Public\nConsultation period, in which interested parties have opportunities to examine\nthe EIA and meet with the independent experts who prepared it, as well as\nCompany officials,\" says Alan R. Hill, President and Chief Executive officer.\n\"The EIA measures our mine plan against European Union Directives, against\nRomanian law, and internationally accepted practices and guidelines relating\nto mining. I urge everyone interested to inform themselves as fully as\npossible about our project.\"\nComments during the public consultation period will be collected and\nreviewed by the Ministry of the Environment and Waters Management. The\nMinistry then evaluates the public's comments and refers them to the Company\nfor a response that is collected and published as an Annex to the EIA.
