(\"Gabriel\") announced\ntoday that it has received the official list of questions (the \"Annex\nQuestions\") from the Romanian Ministry of Environment and Water Management\nrelating to its proposed Rosia Montana Project. In keeping with the process\nprescribed by Romanian law and EU directives, these questions must be\naddressed in an Annex to the Rosia Montana environmental impact assessment\n(EIA).\n\n\nAs the Company awaited receipt of the Annex Questions, its EIA team\ncontinued to prepare responses based on the ongoing assessment of questions\nthat were raised during the Public Disclosure and Consultation Process\nhearings held from July through August 2006 as well as the questions received\nfrom Hungarian Ministry of Environment in late September.
