A declaration to that effect is enclosed as Annexure- I.\n \n \n Recommended the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 of Rs. 3.10 per equity share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.\n \n \n The Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 shall be paid to the shareholders on or before September 24, 2026.\n \n \n Investment of ₹1,38,24,425/- by subscribing to 11,05,954 equity shares of face value ₹10/- each at a premium of ₹2.50 per equity share under the rights issue offered by Jinhap Gabriel Auto India Private Limited ('JGAIPL').
