PLC 03 February 2016 \n\nF W Thorpe Plc \n(the \"Company\")\n \nDirectors' and Other Shareholdings in the Company\n \nThe Company received notification on 3 February 2016 that, following the grant of probate for the estate of Mr E G Thorpe (deceased) (the \"Estate\"), a total of 4,629,190 ordinary shares in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") were transferred at nil consideration on 2 February 2016 to certain beneficiaries, being members of Mr E G Thorpe's family (1,797,591 Ordinary Shares), and a trust (2,831,599 Ordinary Shares) of which Andrew Thorpe, Chairman of the Company and Ian Thorpe, Non-Executive Director are the trustees. \n \nAs a result of the above, the Estate no longer holds any Ordinary Shares.
