FW Thorpe announces the following changes to the board structure:

Mr Peter Mason will retire as a non-Executive Director on 18 January 2024, having previously served as Group Financial Director and a non-Executive for many years.

Mike Allcock, Chairman of FW Thorpe Plc said:

"I would like to thank Peter for his years of service and dedication to the Group.

Peter has been a fundamental part of the stability and success of the Group since he started back in the 1980's, helping shape the foundations on which the Company has been built.
