PLC\n10 November 2005\n\n\n\nF W THORPE PLC\n\nPOSTING OF CIRCULAR\n\nFurther to the announcement dated 21 October 2005, in which the Company said\nthat it was the intention to move the listing of the Company's shares from the\nOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and trading on the London Stock\nExchange's market for listed securities, to the Alternative Investment Market of\nthe London Stock Exchange, the Directors confirm that a circular has been\ndespatched to shareholders. The circular sets out the reasons for the proposed\nmove and pursuant to the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, gives notice\nof an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 2 December 2005 to approve the\nresolution to cancel the listing of the shares on the Official List.\n\n\nIf the resolution is passed, the Directors will then immediately apply to cancel\nthe listing of the shares on the Official List, which is expected to be\neffective on the close of trading on 5 January 2006. Application will also\nimmediately be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on\nAIM.
