Therefore, we expect the initial filing of the Form\nS-1 to occur in approximately one month. Mission Mining Company is taking these\nsteps with a view towards bringing real value to the shareholders and removing\nitself from the inherent stigma of operating as a Pink Sheets company. The\nCompany believes that with its over $400,000,000 of assets, as found on its\nfinancial statements, it is poised to up-list.
