[{"type":"text","content":"Sulliden Acquires 48% of Nickel, Zinc, and Lead Mining Exploration Project in Poland\n\n\n\n TORONTO, June 26, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --\n \n Sulliden Mining Capital Inc.\n \n (“\n \n Sulliden\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”) (TSX: SMC) is pleased to announce that it has acquired (the “\n \n Acquisition\n \n ”) a 48% interest in a nickel, zinc, and lead mining exploration project in Poland (the “\n \n Project\n \n ”) through the purchase of 48% of the issued and outstanding shares of Ferrite Resources Polska sp. z o.o. (the “\n \n Target\n \n ”), a private company incorporated under the laws of Poland, from Ferrite Resources Pty Ltd., a private Australian company (the “\n \n Vendor\n \n ”). The Project consists of the Szklary and Dabrowka concessions, each as described in greater detail below.\n \n\n Pursuant to a share purchase agreement respecting the Acquisition dated June 10, 2025, Sulliden acquired 48% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Target. The Target owns 100% of the Project, which consists of the Szklary and Dabrowka concessions. As consideration, Sulliden paid 62,500 euro to the Vendor and agreed to indemnify a former director of the Target for any costs relating to his former position as a director or officer of the Target. The Acquisition was an arm’s length transaction for purposes of the policies of the Toronto Stock Exchange (“\n \n TSX\n \n ”). No finder fees were paid in connection with, and no change of control of Sulliden resulted from, the Acquisition.\n \n\n\n Szklary\n \n is a nickel laterite deposit located approximately 50km south of Wroclaw, Poland. The deposit forms a N-S striking elongated ridge with the Ni-laterite exposed in the first 20m below surface. Historical production is recorded as 3.5 Mt @ 0.79% Ni = 28,000 tonnes. Approximately 2,500 holes were drilled in the past during the Soviet era, and a technical report was previously prepared that is compliant with National Instrument 43-101\n \n Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects\n \n (“\n \n NI 43-101\n \n ”) for the central part of the property (Redstone Exploration Service, February 2022).
