As a result, the 1,124,214 Second Placing Shares being issued pursuant to the Placing announced on 28 April 2020 are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 20 May 2020 (\"Admission\") to complete the Placing. Voting at the general meeting was conducted by way of a poll. The Company will publish the detailed voting results on its website, www.fusionantibodies.com, later today.\n \n Total Voting Rights\n On Admission, the Company will have 25,424,525 ordinary shares of 4p each in issue, each with one voting right. There are no shares held in treasury.
