Wildcat Shareholders Receive Positive Developments at AGM

WINNIPEG, Sept. 27 /CNW/ - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSXV: WEL). The Company is pleased to report that, with more than 60% of the Company's shares represented at the Annual General and Special Meeting held in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 20, 2007, voting was unanimous in electing the proposed slate of directors to the board, which now consists of Robert M. Dzisiak (Chairman), John L. Knowles (President and CEO), Denis G. Fillion, and Andrew W. Daniels.

Mr. Jerrold Siemens, a significant contributor to the company's development of the past few years, did not stand for reelection in order to devote more time to his own business endeavours. On behalf of the shareholders the Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Siemens for his past efforts, and wishes him continued success in the future.

During the meeting shareholders viewed presentations by the Company's senior geologist, Dr. Peter Theyer, on the results of the past year's exploration efforts. These were highlighted by the encouraging results to date on its Jeep gold, nickel, copper, PGE property in the Rice Lake greenstone belt as well as the recent findings from summer efforts on the Reed Lake and Iskwasum properties in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake greenstone belt.

The meeting attendees were also offered a review by Dr. Paul G. Spry, a world expert on Broken Hill Type zinc lead silver deposits, and a member of Wildcat's recently announced Technical Advisory Panel. Analytical work guided by Dr. Spry, ongoing since 2005, now confirms that the Company's Foster River Project, 120 kilometers northwest of La Ronge Saskatchewan, hosts mineralization similar to Broken Hill deposits in other parts of the globe.

The complete presentation is available on the Company's website at www.wildcat.ca.
