The vote took place at a Special Meeting of Wildcat\nshareholders this morning in Winnipeg.\n\n\nApproximately 63% of the shares voted at the meeting supported the\nelection of current directors Joseph Baylis, Robert Dzisiak, Denis G. Fillion\nand Jerrold Siemens, the Company's Chairman and Interim Chief Executive\nOfficer.\n\n\nThe Special Meeting of shareholders was called as a result of a\nrequisition by a small group of dissident shareholders led by Shlomo Prizant,\nthe former President and CEO of Wildcat.\n\n\n"We thank Wildcat shareholders for their continued support," said Mr.\nSiemens. "The Board regrets the time and expense that this exercise consumed.\nHowever, with this behind us and with the support of our shareholders, we will\ncontinue to focus our energy toward executing Wildcat's strategic plan and\nmaximizing shareholder value."\n\n\nAt the Special Meeting and through proxy forms, Wildcat shareholders\nvoted to:\n\n\n- Re-elect Joseph Baylis, Robert Dzisiak, Denis G.
