[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nWINNIPEG, Aug. 3 /CNW/ - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") wishes\nto clarify its news release of July 27, 2007. The Company extended the term of\nthe investor relations agreement dated July 28, 2006 (the "Agreement") between\nthe Company and 3469264 Manitoba Ltd. (the "Consultant") for an additional\nfour month term at the current monthly rate of $8,000. All other terms of the\nAgreement remain unchanged. Total anticipated cost of the extended term is\n$32,000.\n\n\nThe Consultant is a Winnipeg based private corporation owned by Mr. Wayne\nStebbe. Under the terms of Agreement, Mr. Stebbe will act as an investor\nrelations consultant and assist Wildcat in the promotion of its corporate\nactivities and provide information to the investment community. Mr. Stebbe,\nhas 28 years in the financial services industry as registered financial\nadvisor.\n\n\nThe Consultant and Mr. Stebbe collectively own 599,000 commons shares of\nthe Company and options to acquire a further 175,000 of which 100,000 will not\nvest until after July 25, 2008.\n\n\nAbout Wildcat Exploration Ltd.\n\n\nWildcat Exploration Ltd. is a Winnipeg-based company exploring for gold\nand base metals in Canada.
