WEL-TSXV (the Company)\nannounces that it has extended its consulting agreement with 3469264 Manitoba\nLtd., a corporation wholly-owned by Mr. Wayne Stebbe, under which Mr. Stebbe\nprovides investor relations services to the Company, for a term of four months\nto November 26, 2007.\n\n\nIn addition, the Company announces that it has granted incentive stock\noptions to purchase up to 1,110,000 common shares of the Company to certain\nemployees and directors of the Company and to Mr. Stebbe under its stock\noption plan. The options are exercisable for a five year period at an exercise\nprice of $0.245 per share and vest in equal annual installments over a three\nyear period.\n\n\nWildcat Exploration Ltd. is a Winnipeg-based company exploring for gold\nand base metals in Canada. It has two major project areas in Manitoba: gold\nand base metals in the Rice Lake/ Bissett area and a nickel-copper-PGE\nprospect in the Flin Flon/Snow Lake area.
