(the "Company") has\nannounced that, at its request, The Manitoba Securities Commission has issued\nan order that has the effect of extending the management cease trade order\n("MCTO") originally issued on May 1, 2007. The MCTO was granted because the\nCompany was not in a position to file its 2006 audited financial statements by\nthe April 30, 2007 deadline. The MCTO precludes the issuance by the securities\nregulatory authorities of a full issuer cease trade order as long as the\nCompany complies with the conditions of the MCTO.\n\n\nAs a consequence of the MCTO, the directors, officers and insiders of the\nCompany, and certain other specified persons and companies, are not permitted\nto trade in the securities of the Company until the 2006 audited financial\nstatements have been filed and the MCTO has been removed.\n\n\nThe Default Status Report issued in accordance with CSA Staff Notice\n57-301 Failing to File Financial Statements on Time - Management Cease Trade\nOrders, Appendix B is reprinted in its entirety in this news release.\n\n\n DEFAULT STATUS REPORT\n CSA Staff Notice 57-301\n Failing to File Financial Statements on Time -\n Management Cease Trade Orders\n Appendix B\n\n Wildcat Exploration Ltd.
