(the \"Company\") (TSX-V: WEL) is pleased to report that it has closed the non-brokered Private Placement announced on February 4, 2016 with the issuance of 15,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of $525,000. A finder's fee of 1,500,000 shares and 750,000 two year non-transferable share purchase warrants were paid in respect to this financing. The 16,500,000 common shares issued pursuant to this financing are subject to a four month hold period expiring June 23, 2016. \n\n \n \nEach Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (\"Common Share\") and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (\"Warrant\").
