Knowles as President,\nCEO and a director of the Company with effect from June 28, 2007.\n\n\nMr. Knowles brings more than 20 years of resource industry experience and\na successful track record of managing corporate growth, treasury, and capital\nmarkets. Prior to his recent activities as a private consultant, and as\nExecutive Vice President and CFO for AUR Resources Inc., John enjoyed a\nsuccessful nine-year career as a senior officer and director of Hudson Bay\nMining and Smelting Co., Limited and then Vice President and CFO of its\nparent, HudBay Minerals Inc. While at HBMS and HudBay, John was an integral\npart of the management team that saw it emerge from its parent company, Anglo\nAmerican plc, as an independently listed Canadian integrated mining, metal\nprocessing and marketing company.\n\n\nMr. Knowles succeeds Jerrold Siemens, who resigns as interim President\nand CEO. Mr. Siemens has also resigned as Chairman, effective June 28, 2007,\ndue to demands of other business and family responsibilities, but will remain\na director of Wildcat. Rob Dzisiak, a director of the Company since 2004, has\nbeen appointed as Chairman of the Board.\n\n\n"The Board is pleased that the Company's CEO search has attracted someone\nof Mr. Knowles' caliber and experience. Daniels Trading advises\ncommercial and high net worth individuals in trading global markets.
