He was also responsible for the consulting\npractice at Discovery Capital Corporation, a prominent British\nColumbia venture capital firm that specializes in financing and\nconsulting. During his time at Wolverton Securities, Mr. Fernback was\nresponsible for due diligence reviews on corporate clients and\ninvestment banking business development relationships. He planned and\nopened 3 regional offices in western Canada and reviewed and analyzed\nover 300 corporate clients, raising over $750M.  Responsible for over\n50 IPOs and over 100 Reverse-Mergers on the TMX and Nasdaq, Mr.\nFernback represented Wolverton nationally on various stock exchange\ncommittees and industry groups, including the Corporate Finance\nAdvisory Group and Underwriting Groups on various Canadian\nexchanges.\n \n \n \n \n \n Mr. Fernback currently serves as a Director for several Canadian\nmining companies.
