The Company's\nfield crew completed an exploration program in August, which included detailed\ngeological and structural mapping, rock and soil sampling, and prospecting of\nthe known mineral prospects.\n\n\n"We are pleased with the results achieved to date by our geological\nteam," said Chairman Jerrold Siemens, Interim President of the Company. "From\nacquisition of the property in late 2004 to the recent surface exploration\nprogram in 2006, the project is advancing well. Dr. Paul G. Spry, Professor of\nEconomic Geology, Iowa State University, recognized exciting parallels between\nthe Foster River Property and the world class Broken Hill Pb-Zn deposit in\nAustralia from work initiated by the Company in fall 2005."\n\n\nSignificant alteration was recognized on the Foster River Property:\nquartz garnetite was identified in the footwall of the zinc-lead-silver\nmineralized quartzite horizons. Laminated quartz garnetite at the Sito West\noccurrence is identical to banded quartz garnetite that is intimately\nassociated with the lead lode orebodies at Broken Hill whereas massive quartz\ngarnetite at the Sito East occurrence resembles quartz garnetite that is\nlocated in the stratigraphic footwall of the large Black Mountain BHT deposit,\nAggeneys, South Africa. Such garnet-rich rocks (usually Mn-bearing) are\nconsidered to have been either metamorphosed exhalites and/or alteration zones\nformed from the same fluids that transported the ore-forming metals and are\ncharacteristic of BHT deposits, in general.\n\n\nCoarse grained sillimanite-rich rocks identified at the Sito East\noccurrence, are identical to so-called "pod-rocks" spatially associated with\nmetamorphosed massive sulfide deposits worldwide. Such rocks are common in\nstratabound hydrothermal alteration zones, where most elements have been\nleached out leaving aluminum rich residues.\n\n\nA petrological and mineralogical study of samples collected from the Sito\nEast, Sito West and Fable Lake areas was conducted by Dr. Paul G.
