In order to facilitate this, Tony\n Ricci and Dan McCoy have agreed to resign from the Company's board and\n the following members were appointed.\n\n\nSteve Cook, LLB - Mr. Cook is a practicing tax partner at the tax law\n firm, Thorsteinssons LLP based in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Mr.\n Cook is a specialist in corporate and international tax planning,\n offshore structures, representation, and civil and criminal tax\n litigation.  Mr. Cook previously served on the Board of Directors of\n Brett Resources Ltd. prior to it being acquired by Osisko Mining Corp\n and currently serves on the board of directors of Cayden Resources Inc.\n and Stratton Resources Inc.\n\n\nKeith Minty, P. Eng - Keith Minty obtained a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering\n from Queen's University, Kingston Ontario, Canada in 1978. He has over\n 25 years of open pit and underground mine operational and project\n development experience in North America, Central America and in Africa.\n From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Minty was the Chief Operating Officer at Thani\n Dubai Mining Limited where he was responsible for all project\n exploration and operation activities in Yemen and Egypt as well as new\n business development activities. Mr. Minty currently serves on the\n board of directors of Asanko Gold Inc., Hunter Bay Minerals Plc. and\n Oremex Silver Inc.\n\n\nGordon J. Fretwell, LLB - Mr. Fretwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce\n degree and graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979\n with a Bachelor of law degree. Formerly a partner in a large Vancouver\n law firm, Mr. Fretwell has, since 1991, been a self-employed solicitor\n in Vancouver practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and\n securities law.
