(ANG) and Productos Naturales Govinda S.A.C. (PNG). \n\nBoth ANG and PNG companies are major producers and distributors of natural health and Nutraceutical products in Lima, Peru. They currently have more than 40 products in market making over two million in annual revenue. The varieties of their products make them a leader in innovation while providing healthy solutions for different peoples needs, from natural energy drinks to quinoa spirulina pasta and algae based energy/sports bar. \n\nISGP's primary focus will be to bring a few algae based natural products to the USA by establishing its own multi level distribution channels in Georgia and Texas. In the second quarter of 2015 ISG will start manufacturing these products in an Augusta, Georgia facility.
