FUNR COMMITS TO JOINT VENTURE WITH UNMARKED LLC

La Jolla, California July 31, 2024 – FUNR (the “Company”) (OTCPK:FUNR) has committed to a Joint Venture (the "JV") with Unmarked LLC, a WY corporation with its principal place of business in
Tempe, AZ. It’s business is closely aligned with NutraCustom; as such both Unmarked LLC and
NutraCustom function as subsidiaries of Star Nutrasciences Inc., a DE corporation. For practical,
operational purposes and procedures, FUNR and Unmarked LLC have agreed to operate jointly
as “UnmarkedBeauty” going forward. The JV engages in the practice of Nutraceuticals, which is
a synthesis of Nutrition and Pharmaceuticals. In addition the JV engages in intellectual property /
brand licensing processes.

RESOLVED,                     FUNR and Unmarked LLC have signed a JV contract on July 30, 2024
RESOLVED FURTHER,   the JV is officially known as “UnmarkedBeauty”
RESOLVED FURTHER,   the JV’s exact corporate structure, share ownership and revenue split is
being analyzed for further determination
