The shares are expected to be admitted on 29 October 2021. \n \n \n \n \n \n The shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be allotted from time to time in connection with the following share plans: (i) the Funding Circle Holdings Limited EMI Option Scheme; (ii) the Funding Circle Holdings 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan; and (iii) Funding Circle Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan.
