(“the Company” or “Fuller’s”)\n\n \n\nTransaction in own shares\n\n \n\nThe Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its ‘A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of its share buyback programme announced on 16 November 2023 (the “Programme”). \n\n \n\n\n Date of Purchase \n \n \n 07/03/2024\n \n \n Number of ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each \n \n \n 20,000\n \n \n Highest price paid per share (GBp)\n \n \n 566.00\n \n \n Lowest price paid per share (GBp)\n \n \n 562.00\n \n \n Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp)\n \n \n 565.0000\n \n \n\nThe Company intends to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury. \n\n \n\nFollowing the purchase of the said shares, Fuller’s listed issued share capital consists of 41,182,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each. Of this total, 4,042,493 A’ ordinary shares are held in treasury.
