[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, Feb. 6 /CNW/ - Feel Good Cars Corporation (the \"Corporation\") is\npleased to announce that Mr. Brian Cott, a director of the Corporation, has\nbeen appointed as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the\nCorporation.\nThe Corporation also wishes to announce that subject to regulatory\napproval, it has granted 350,000 options to Mr. Cott and subject to regulatory\nand shareholder approval, it has granted 100,000 options to each of\nMessrs. Richard D. McGraw, Stewart Somers and Peter S. MacKechnie, directors\nof the Corporation. The options have a term of three years and a minimum\nexercise price of $0.75 per share, subject to regulatory approval.
