[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 24 March 2023\n \n \n \n FRP Advisory Group plc\n \n \n \n (\"FRP\", \"the Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n PDMR Dealings and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, announces that on 24 March 2023, Nigel Guy, David Adams and David Chubb, non-executive directors of the Company, exercised the options granted to them on the Company's IPO in respect of a total of 137,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (\"Option Shares\") at nominal value. Further details are set out below.\n \n \n \n \n \n Application has been made for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to become effective on [30] March 2023 and the Option Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. \n \n \n \n \n \n Following Admission, the Company will have 249,401,058 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
