[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n23 August 2024\nFRP ADVISORY GROUP PLC\n(\"FRP\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nNotice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report\n \nThe Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM Notice) and Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30 April 2024 will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy documentation. Copies of these documents are also available to view and download from the \"Shareholder Documents\" and \"Financial Reports\" pages respectively of the Company's website (www.frpadvisory.com/investors/financials-documents/).\nAGM Arrangements\nThe Company's AGM will be held at the officers of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BR at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 26 September 2024.\nTo enable shareholders to follow proceedings remotely, the AGM will be broadcast live on the Investor Meet Company platform. Investors who already follow the Company on Investor Meet Company will automatically be invited. Shareholders who are not already registered can sign up using this link www.investormeetcompany.com/frp-advisory-group-plc/register-investor.\nShareholders cannot speak or vote at the AGM through the Investor Meet Company platform, but questions can be submitted via the platform before and during the AGM. Where appropriate, responses will be prepared and delivered by the Board. Questions can also be submitted by email, as outlined in the AGM Notice.\nShareholders are encouraged to vote on the resolutions to be put to the AGM by proxy.
