[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0841I Frontier IP Group plc 21 November 2018 \n\n21 November 2018\n \nFrontier IP Group plc\n(\"Frontier IP\" or the \"Company\")\n \nTotal Voting Rights and Director/PDMR Shareholdings\n \nFrontier IP, which specialises in commercialising university intellectual property, announces that the 3,827,852 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") issued pursuant to the placing announced on 15 November 2018 (the \"Placing\") have today been admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and the Placing has completed. The Company's issued share capital now consists of 42,106,372 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 42,106,372. \n \nThis figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\n \nDirector/PDMR Shareholdings\n \nMichael Bourne, Non-Executive Director of the Company, subscribed for 32,932 Ordinary Shares in the Placing at a price of 65 pence per share and now holds a total interest in 303,170 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.72 per cent. of the Company's enlarged ordinary share capital.
