[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nRNS\nAIM: FIPP\n21 November 2023\n \n \n \nFrontier IP Group plc\n \n(\"Frontier IP\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPosting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM\n \nFrontier IP (AIM: FIPP), a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2023 (\"FY23\") and Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") were posted to shareholders yesterday.\n \nA copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available to download from the Company's website at www.frontierip.co.uk.\n \nThe AGM will be held at 93 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES at 11.00 a.m. on Friday 15 December 2023.\n \nAGM\nThe Board is delighted to be able to invite shareholders to attend the AGM in person again this year. However, as the AGM will be held at the offices of the Company, attendance in person at the AGM will be limited. We would request that any shareholder wishing to attend in person should register in advance by e-mailing [email protected] no later than 11:00 am on 13 December 2023.\nWe strongly encourage all shareholders to vote by proxy on all of the resolutions contained in the AGM notice. The business at the AGM will be restricted to the formal business only, with no wider presentations on business performance or Q and A.\nWe again want to ensure that we engage with and support our shareholders, whether they are in attendance in person or not. Therefore, should you have a question in relation to any of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, the Annual Financial Statements or the business of the Company, please, once again, e-mail your question to [email protected] by 11:00 am on 13 December 2023 (Please include 'AGM 2023' in the subject heading).
