Following these transactions, Mr Bourne continues to have an interest in 458,170 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.83 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company also announces that it has today been informed by Andrew Richmond, Non-Executive Chairman, that his SIPP has today purchased 150,000 Ordinary at \n 65.75\n p per share and that he has today sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares at \n 65.75\n p per share (including 75,000 Ordinary Shares from his ISA).
