[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 5533P\n Frontier Developments PLC\n 19 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n 19 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Frontier Developments plc\n \n \n Option grants/ PDMR Dealings\n \n \n On 15 October 2021, Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier' or the 'Company'), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, UK\n , \n granted a total of 34,292 options over Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") under the existing Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\") and the Company Share Option Plan (\"CSOP)\n \n to the Executive Directors (the \"Options\"). The exercise price of the Options under the LTIP is the nominal value of the Ordinary Shares, being 0.5p each. The exercise price of the Options under the CSOP is the market value of the Ordinary Shares at grant date, being 2,540p.\n \n \n \n The Options under the LTIP are due to vest in three years subject to achieving certain Total Shareholder Return performance targets over the three year vesting period.
