[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4649T Frontier Developments PLC 04 July 2018 \n\n4 July 2018\n \nFrontier Developments plc\n \nExercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\n \nFrontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV; \"Frontier\" or the \"Company\"), a leading independent developer and publisher of video games, announces that 104,989 options have been exercised by employees and consequently the Company has issued and allotted 104,989 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\").\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 104,989 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 9 July 2018.\nTotal Voting Rights\nIn accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, following Admission, its issued share capital will consist of 38,741,068 Ordinary Shares.\nThe Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
