[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0612H Frontier Developments PLC 02 June 2017 \n\n02 June 2017\nFrontier Developments plc\n(the \"Company\")\n \nEBT & PDMR Dealings\n \n \nFrontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, \"Frontier\", the \"Company\"), a leading developer of video games, announces the following dealings:\n \nEmployee Benefit Trust Dealings\n \nToday the Company was notified by Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited, the trustee of the Frontier Developments plc Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust (the \"EBT\"), that the EBT transferred 58,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company (\"Shares\") to meet employee share option awards at an average exercise price of 169.6 pence per Share.\n \nFollowing this exercise of options, 57,000 Shares were repurchased by the EBT at 406 pence per Share. The balances of 1,000 Shares are to be transferred to employees.\n \nFollowing this transaction, the EBT is interested in 104,645 Shares, representing 0.3 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.\n \nJames Dixon, a PDMR's of the Company, exercised options over 12,000 Shares at an exercise price of 89 pence per Share.\n \nAmanda Alsop, also a PDMR of the Company, exercised options over 2,000 Shares at an exercise price of 224.5 pence per Share.\n \nFollowing the exercise of these options Mr Dixon and Mrs Alsop sold 12,000 and 2,000 Shares, respective at a price of 406 pence per Share.\n \nThe EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted share options.
