In total, FRNT now owns 4.44 BTC. The Company may look to opportunistically add to its BTC holdings when deemed appropriate.\n \n\n In addition, FRNT also announces that it has engaged the services of Investor Insights Systems Inc. (\"\n \n Investor Insights\n \n \") pursuant to the terms of a marketing services agreement dated\n \n August 27, 2025\n \n between the Company and Investor Insights (the \"\n \n Agreement\n \n \") to provide a comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions designed to enhance brand visibility, investor engagement, and trading activity, in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange and other applicable legislation. Investor Insights will receive a fee of\n \n US$108,000\n \n plus applicable taxes for the initial term of four (4) months (the \"\n \n Initial Term\n \n \"), with\n \n US$61,500\n \n payable within 15 days of the entering into of the Agreement and the balance payable on the date that is two months after the entering into of the Agreement. The Agreement shall terminate on the earlier of: (i) the completion of the Initial Term, the date on which the prepaid fee has been exhausted, or upon seven (7) days prior written notice by either party, unless otherwise extended by mutual written agreement. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and no stock options or other compensation are being granted in connection with the engagement.
