Fresnillo intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance for funding its current investment and development plans, for future growth opportunities and for general corporate purposes. The notes are being offered and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. \n \nThis press release is not an offer of notes for sale in Mexico, the United States or the United Kingdom.
