Second Extension of Long Stop Date
Irwell Financial Services Bidco Limited has announced a second extension of the long stop date for its recommended offer for Frenkel Topping Group PLC, pushing it from May 29, 2026, to July 29, 2026, following court approval. Shareholders will be entitled to appear in person or by counsel at the Sanction Hearing to raise any concerns they may have about the Scheme or the Second Long Stop Date Extension.\nUnless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Scheme Document.\nNext Steps\nSave for the Second Long Stop Date Extension, the expected timetable of principal events remains as announced on 19 January 2026.
