[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0785L Frenkel Topping Group PLC 06 August 2013 \n \n\n \nFrenkel Topping Group plc\n \nExercise of Options\n \n \nFrenkel Topping Group plc (the \"Company\") announces that, following the exercise of options, at a price of 0.5p, granted to employees under the terms of the Frenkel Topping Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 2004 (\"FTGEMI\"). The Company today has issued and allotted 917,509 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\").\n \n293,067 new Ordinary Shares issued as a result of the exercise of options were issued to Julie Dean the Company's Finance Director. As a result Julie Dean is now beneficially interested in 1,357,221 issued Ordinary Shares, representing 2.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 12 August 2013. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.\n \nFollowing the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will comprise of 63,232,169 Ordinary Shares.
