[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nVANCOUVER, June 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Freegold Ventures Limited (TSX: FVL,\n Frankfurt: FR4N) (\"Freegold\", the Company) today announced that all\n matters set out in the management information circular dated May 9,\n 2013 for the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on\n June 28, 2013 (the \"Meeting\") were approved by the shareholders.
