At the Meeting,\n shareholders re-elected to the Board Kristina Walcott, Alvin Jackson,\n Gary Moore, Garnet Dawson and David Knight.\n\n\nIn addition, at the Meeting the shareholders approved the other matters\n put before the Meeting including the re-appointment of James Stafford,\n Inc as the Company's auditor, and the re-approval of the Company's\n amended 2005 Stock Option Plan.
