NEW YORK, August 14, 2025--Franklin BSP Capital Corporation, Inc. ("FBCC" or the "Company") announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.29 per common share. The distribution is payable on or about September 2, 2025, to common stockholders of record as of August 7, 2025. The Board of Directors also declared a third quarter 2025 distribution on its convertible Series A Preferred Stock in an amount equal to the as-converted common distribution amount.
