Frasers Group confirms Board changes
Frasers Group announced changes to its Board of Directors, effective September 24, 2025. David Daly, Ger Wright, and Helen Wright stepped down from the Board at the company's AGM on September 24, 2025. Andy Lyon, previously a senior audit partner at PwC, and Jacky Wright, formerly Chief Technology and Platform Officer at McKinsey & Company, have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors. Frasers Group plc (\"Frasers\" or the \"Group\") announces the appointment of Andy Lyon as Non-Executive Director (NED) to the Board, effective 24 September 2025.\n \nAs announced on 15 September 2025, Frasers also announces the appointment of Jacky Wright as Non-Executive Director (NED) to the Board, effective 24 September 2025\n \nFrasers Group's new Board members:\n \n- Andy Lyon was previously a senior audit partner at PwC having specialised in retail and consumer markets. He led the audits of several large global retailers, both listed and privately owned, including fashion brands and department stores. During his 24 years as a partner, he had spells as senior partner for the East Midlands office, a member of the Midlands leadership team and sat on the firm's retail and consumer leadership team with responsibility for the regional practice.\n \n- Jacky Wright is a globally recognised technology executive and advocate for inclusive innovation, with over three decades of experience leading digital transformation across the private and public sectors. She most recently served as Chief Technology and Platform Officer at McKinsey & Company, where she led the firm's tech strategy, AI transformation and technology modernization efforts for 40,000+ colleagues globally. She was also with Microsoft for over 10 years where she was Chief Digital Officer.
